Terms & Conditions

What we record. When you join, we record your first and last name, your email, and your Discord/Instagram handle if you add one. We use them to run the line and serve you at this event: to hold your place, call you when it’s your turn, and check you in at the booth.

Marketing is separate and optional. We only email you about future Artiqfox drops and events if you tick that box. You can unsubscribe anytime, and leaving it unticked never affects your place in line.

How long we keep it. Details collected just for the line are deleted after the event. If you opted into future news, we keep your first name and email for that until you unsubscribe.

One spot per person. One registration per email for each event. Duplicate sign-ups are turned away.

Fair order. In a lottery, everyone who registers before it closes gets a random spot from a single, recorded draw. No fast lanes, no VIPs.

Your turn. When you’re called you have a return window (usually 5 minutes) to reach the booth and show your live check-in code. If the window passes, your spot is released. If we pause the line, every timer freezes and no one loses their place.

Stock. Reaching the front doesn’t guarantee an item is still in stock. We’ll always be honest about what’s left.

Service. QueueFox is a best-effort tool. If it goes down, we’ll fall back to a paper line at the booth.
